The menu puts the Italian dishes Long Island grew up on, like chicken parmigiana, baked ziti and seafood platters, next to the Hispanic cooking of the family: hen and beef soups, torta mexicana, tropical shakes and fresh juices. When the family gets bigger, the same food comes in trays.
